Dr. Sonia is a Doctor of Chiropractic who helps patients move better, feel stronger, and return to the activities that matter most to them. Her care is centered on helping people function well in their daily lives, whether that involves sport, work, family responsibilities, or staying active over time.

She believes that everyone places physical demands on their body, and that overall health plays a key role in both recovery and long-term wellness. She emphasizes helping patients take an active role in their health, understanding how their body works, managing pain or discomfort, preventing injuries, and building resilience for the long term. Dr. Sonia has spent her time developing a treatment approach focused on injury recovery, injury prevention, and efficient, high-quality movement.

She holds a Doctorate of Chiropractic and a Master of Science in Sports Medicine from the University of Western States, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Biology from Colorado State University. She is certified in the Fascial Distortion Model (FDM) and has extensive experience in movement analysis. In addition to her formal education, Dr. Sonia has spent time working with athletes across a variety of sports, supporting both injury recovery and performance. She has developed this experience through mentorship, training, and ongoing collaboration with specialists across multiple disciplines.

Dr. Sonia blends hands-on treatment with movement-based rehabilitation to address the underlying contributors to pain and dysfunction. She works with patients of all ages and activity levels, from athletes to active adults, providing care that supports confidence, resilience, and long-term durability.
